A holistic 3 night coastal escape to the enchanting Llyn Peninsula in Wales

With captivating coastal and woodland walks, relaxing treatments, meditation, nutrition & creative sessions plus a bespoke local foraging experience, you can ease away everyday tensions, slow down, connect with nature and soothe your soul. Allow yourself the luxury of time and space to heal, nourish both physical and mental wellbeing and bring youself back into balance. With 4 experienced hosts and a maximum group size of 8, you'll be able to soak in the beauty of the Welsh seaside, relax in magnificent surroundings and enjoy our exciting programme with care and attention from our team.

Our accomodation is part of the 17th Century Glyn Y Wddw Gothic mansion & art gallery, a stone's throw from the beach in Llanbedrog and originally part of the famous Madryn estate. The rear wing of this impressive building has been lovingly converted into spacious and airy accommodation, the perfect setting for our retreat. Just over a 2 hour drive from Manchester, The Llŷn Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, famed for its beaches, walks and wildlife.


Retreat Programme  October 1st - 4th 2022

We're here to make your stay memorable, help you to have the best time and leave you feeling refreshed.

Please note that check-in is from 10am on Saturday October 1st with a 12pm Welcome Lunch to begin your retreat experience. All good things must come to an end and your check-out is by 10am on Tuesday 4th October.

  • Fully catered - 3 Delicious Plant-based meals per day, Organic food (all allergies and intolerances catered for)

Example day's schedule:

8.30am - Sunrise stretch

9am - Breakfast

10am - Women's Health Workshop

11.30am - Food demo - tasty healthy treats

12.30pm - Lunch

1.30pm - Headland & heathland walk

3pm-5pm - Treatments or free time to explore the local area (or simply relax)

5pm - Breathwork and Meditation session

6pm - Vegan Mexican 3 course evening meal

8pm - Essential oils experience

9pm - Enjoy the lounge or retire to your room for some relaxation

You can personalise your retreat, attending as much or as little of the programme as you like. There'll be time to explore the local area independently and art lovers will enjoy the adjacent gallery which also boasts an award winning cafe!


Meet Your Hosts

Laura Johnson, a Tutor at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, is also a Registered Nutritionist and has been practising yoga for 20 years. Laura will be creating her sugar-free recipes, guiding nature walks and providing nutrition advice throughout the weekend, Laura also loves hill walking and open water swimming 

Registered Nutritionist & Nutrition Writer Karen Poole loves pottering in her house in France, creating seasonal dishes and her favourites feature at the heart of our retreat menu. Karen has a ​special interest in women's health, believing honest food, exercise and daily relaxation are the foundations for a happy life

Claire Himsworth is our resident holistic therapist and will ensure you are fully relaxed with her treatments and an uplifting essential oil experience. Previously a Registered Nurse, Claire now runs 'Toe to Soul Holistics' therapy centre in Lytham and specialises in menopausal and post-menopausal support

Erica Gibbon's broad set of skills encompasses Reiki healing, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Nutritional Therapy and HeartMath® Meditation.

Erica loves nature walks, hedgehogs and skiing and will help you to embrace a lifestyle in tune with your own unique needs
