What is the Brain Health Programme?

A nutrition and lifestyle coaching programme to optimise brain health and cognitive function using a multi-modal nutrition and lifestyle approach.

​Who is the programme for?

If you are concerned about your risk of cognitive decline now or in the future, perhaps because you have experienced brain fog, poor memory, anxiety, low mood, stress or a reduction in your ability to concentrate, or maybe you have a family member that has been diagnosed with dementia, then the programme might be for you.

Enrolling and full programme cost:  

You can enrol onto the programme at any time, subject to avalability of 1-2-1 appointments.  Full logon details will be provided during your first 1-2-1 consultation along with specific dietary advice related to your health symptoms. You will also be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to the first consultation.  

The price of the online course including 2 consultations is £199

What is included in the online programme?

  • Two Nutritional Therapy consultations with a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Laura), either face to face or online.

  • Six online recorded workshops on key topics such as 'Gut Health', 'Stress Reduction' and 'Food for the mind' that you can listen to at a time convenient for you (e.g. 1 per week for six weeks). The workshops are 30 to 60 minutes each and are designed to help you engage with every aspect of the programme and understand what you need to do to optimise brain function. The workshops include suggestions to show you how to make, and sustain, lifelong food and lifestyle choices to improve brain health.

  • A 49 page booklet referred to as The Self Care Journey, which contains activities for you to complete between each workshop. The activities are designed to help you with motivation and fully engage in the change process to achieve sustainable, long-term change.

  • Menu-planning tools and a recipe booklet (a vegetarian version is also available) with ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

  • Supplement advice, food diary review and support from Laura inbetween appointments
